  1. Sweepstakes Period: The “Win An Exhilarating Experience from Snuggle” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 9, 2007 and ends 12:00:00 p.m. ET on July 22, 2007 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

  2. How to Enter the Sweepstakes: You may purchase specially marked Snuggle Exhilarations liquid and sheet packages, while supplies last. Attached to the 32 and 50 load Snuggle Exhilarations bottles and 70 and 105 count Snuggle Exhilarations sheet packs will be a sticker containing a one of a kind sweepstakes label code (“sweepstakes label code”). Access the Snuggle web site at www.snuggle.com (the “web site”) and complete the following steps. Step One: Access the Sweepstakes page by clicking on the Sweepstakes link or icon. Step Two: Enter your email address and sweepstakes label code exactly as it appears on the sticker to access the Sweepstakes Official Entry Form. Step Three: Register by entering the information requested on the Official Entry Form (including choosing which travel destination you wish to select if you win) and click on the submit button. Entry must be received by 12:00:00 p.m. ET on July 22, 2007. Web site host computer shall be the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes label code must be entered exactly as it appears on the sticker. Once a sweepstakes label code is entered, it will be rendered void and will no longer be valid to access the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability to any person for any attempt to re-use or re-enter any sweepstakes label code that has been previously used, entered, or incorrectly entered. Possession of the sticker with the sweepstakes label code is not valid proof of having entered the Sweepstakes. All Sweepstakes label codes expire at 12:00:00 p.m. ET on July 22, 2007 . Limit one entry per unique sweepstakes label code.

    No Purchase Necessary: To enter the Sweepstakes via mail without a sweepstakes label code, hand-print on a plain 3” x 5” card, your complete name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth and which travel destination you wish to select if you win (from the list in Rule number 4 below) and mail it in a hand addressed stamped envelope, to: The “Win an Exhilarating Experience from Snuggle” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7887, Melville, NY 11775-7887, postmarked by July 23, 2007, to be received by July 30, 2007. Limit one entry per envelope.   3. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (“ U.S. ”), 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and service agencies, including Alcone Marketing Group, Nurun Inc. Don Jagoda Associates, and members of the immediate family (spouses and siblings, children and parents and their spouses) and individuals living in same household of such employees (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.

  4. Grand Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Grand Prize (1) - Winner's choice (based on choice at time of entry) of one of the following five (5) Grand Prize destinations: 1) ALASKAN WILDERNESS EXPEDITION: A 10-day/9-night trip for two (2) to Anchorage , Alaska . Trip includes: round trip coach air transportation from the major airport closest to the winner's home to Anchorage, Alaska; two (2) nights accommodations upon arrival in Anchorage at the downtown Hawthorn Suites; two (2) nights accommodations in Seward at the Seward Windsong Lodge, one (1) night accommodations in Talkeetna, South Denali, at The Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge; three (3) nights accommodations in Denali at The Denali Bluffs Hotel; final one (1) night accommodations in Anchorage at the Hawthorn Suites (all accommodations based upon twin or double occupancy in standard room and based on availability); and $1,500 spending money for the winner. Trip includes: round trip economy class air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner's home city to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; round-trip transfers from Rio de Janeiro to Le Meridien Copacabana hotel; eight (8) days, seven (7) nights deluxe ocean front accommodations at Le Meridien Copacabana (based on twin or double occupancy and based on availability) including daily buffet breakfast; and $1,500 spending money for the winner. Trip also includes the opportunity to participate in the following: a walking tour of downtown Rio to explore Rio 's Historical Centro, the Downtown Area. An evening Soccer Match Tour where winner and guest attend a “futbol” match at Rio's famous Maracana Stadium and get caught up in the passion and excitement of the Brazilian fans including the opportunity to tour the stadium prior to the match (arrangements subject to availability); a trip to Sugar Loaf Mountain (including transfers) for breathtaking and incomparable views, including the historical downtown area and, on a clear day, to Niteroi, the city across the bay; a private helicopter tour of the city (including round-trip transfers); a Trip to Corcovado (including transfers); a private samba lesson; an evening “Carnival Recreation” at Plataforma (including dinner and transfers).   5. Sweepstakes Drawing: Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 15, 2007, from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning will depend on number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize will be awarded. Winner will be notified by mail and/or e-mail. Winner may also be contacted by phone, if necessary.

  6. General Rules: No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release (where legal) within seven (7) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate selection. Grand Prize winner must possess valid travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID, VISA, passport, etc.) in order to travel. All travel must be taken within one year of winner notification. Certain restrictions (including seasonal) and blackout dates apply. Some of the excursion opportunities within each trip may not be available or exactly as described at the time of travel. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to airport to and from home residence are the Grand Prize winner's sole responsibility. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judging organization/administrator of the Sweepstakes. Winner grants Sponsor permission to use his or her first and last name, voice, likeness, biography, and home town for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media in perpetuity throughout the world, including on www.snuggle.com, without additional compensation and, upon request, agrees to provide consent in writing to such use. The Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, typographical errors in Sweepstakes entries or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Web site; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries generated by script, bot or other automated electronic means are not eligible. All entries become property of the Sponsor and cannot be acknowledged. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the online portion of the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor and to award prize in a random drawing from eligible online entries received prior to such action and all eligible mail in entries received. The Sponsor and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or prize awarded. By accepting prize, Winner agrees to release and hold Sponsor and administrator and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates and employees harmless for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Sweepstakes materials or the offering or announcement of the prize. The Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Sweepstakes.
